When you contact us, we will ask what activity has been occurring in your home,
business, etc. You will have the opportunity to let us know what you have been
experiencing. From this we will schedule a face to face interview with you.Or
Case Manager will meet with you at a time/date convenient for you, preferably at
the location you are requesting to be investigated. The Case Manager will go
over a series of questions and give you an opportunity to share your experiences
in detail of the activity you have been experiencing. The Case manager will then
assign your a Case # and schedule a tentative date for an investigation. The
Case manager will also give you some forms for you to log any activity you
experience between the interview and the investigation date.
On investigation day, we will arrive at the scheduled time. The Lead
investigator will setup a command center somewhere in or around the
investigation site. The Tech. manager will have his team setup equipment in
various locations around the site (based on the interview information). It would
be helpful if there was a minimal amount of people in the home (only those
necessary to be there) unless we ask for a specific person(s) to be present.
An investigation typically lasts approx. 4-6 hours but may be longer depending
on what is being experienced and/or captured.
At the conclusion of the investigation, all equipment will be gathered,
premises checked for cleanliness, data logged and downloaded to computer and we
will depart.
Over the course of the next several days, we will be going over the data
recorded during the investigation. All video, audio recordings and still
pictures are gone over by a minimum of 3 times each. This ensures nothing is
missed or misinterpreted. Once everything has been go0ne over 3 times, we will
develop our conclusion (based solely on our investigation and data) and schedule
a "reveal" appointment with you.
During the reveal, you may have anyone present you desire. We will go over
the investigation and results with you in detail. If there was any evidence
captured, you will receive a disc with a copy of that evidence as well as a hard
copy of the detailed investigative report for your records.
The investigative report will have details of what we did, how we did it, any
experiences we encountered and any evidence we captured. It will also include
our conclusion and recommendations.
Our conclusion will consist of our honest findings based on data and evidence
and nothing else. We will not sensationalize of underplay anything we find for
any reason. Your well being and our reputation is too important to us to do
that.
We will assist you with the recommendations if you desire. We will also
follow up with you to see if you were able to follow the recommendations and if
you are still encountering activity.
