ORIGINAL Picture
Lightened
After lightening the picture, across the street just past the single white
line between the tracks, you can see something very faint, but there.
Lightened and Magnified
NOTE: You can see the tracks through the "apparition" which appears to be 2
persons, standing side by side. The one on the left appears to be a male in a
coad ot jacket that comes down mid thigh and is wearing light or white shoes or
socks. The one on the left appears to be wearing a single garment that comes
down from the shoulders to the ground, like a dress.
The shutter speed in these pictures is slow, which can cause anomalies in
pictures, however slow shutter speed cannot make someone transparent as these
people seem to be. Also we reviewed the video fromn the camera nest to the
person taking thi picture and discovered that at no time were there 2
individuals both within the tracks at the same time. It is impossible for this
to be a picture of our own investigators and there was no one else in the area.
